HOW TO PRE-ENTER:
Please fill out the form below. Once submitted, you will receive an invoice for your entry fees within 24 hours. Invoice will be sent to the email address provided below. ALL invoices must be paid by July 31st at 8:00PM. Please be sure you submit a valid email address. IF you need exhibitions, fill out the second form at the bottom of this page. All payments will have an online Processing Fee of 4%.

Entry Fees:
Open 4D: $150 Per Entry
Exhibitions: $5 Each
Office Fee: $15 Per Person
LATE FEE: $75 Per Entry

PRE-ENTRIES CLOSE JULY 31ST AT 8:00PM. After that you can enter on site the day of the race with an additional $75 late fee.
Please Read This Important Information
* Each horse can run TWICE in the open, must pay an entry fee for each run, you can win money on both runs.
* All rider or horse changes must be made at the entry table no later than 30 mins prior to race start time.
* On site entries will close when the first horse runs in the open.
* Entries the day of the race will have a $75 late fee per entry, CASH ONLY. [This is additional to the entry fee and office fee]
* There will be a $25 office fee for any rider, horse, or entry changes.
* No entries will be refunded for any reason!!!
* Horse abuse of any sort will not be tolerated. This is a public event, and we hold all of our contestants to a professional standard.
* Anyone who volunteers to work will be paid $10 per hour. Please contact Michelle Hamilton to sign up to work. This includes running the gate and setting barrels!
*Payout will be 80% of the $150 entry fee and 100% of added money!
